The Hon Natalie Ward MLC is the Deputy President of the Foundation. Natalie is a Scots parent and her son is in Year 10. 

Natalie became a Member of the NSW Legislative Council in November 2017 and holds several positions as a parliamentarian; in particular, she is the Chair of the Standing Committee on Law and Justice. Natalie also serves as a Director of the Australian Rugby Foundation Board (now Rugby Australia). Natalie was admitted to the South Australian Supreme Court and the Australian High Court in 1996 and the NSW Supreme Court in 1997. Prior to entering Parliament Natalie practiced as a commercial litigation solicitor. Outside of professional legal practice, Natalie has worked in Financial Services and Government.

Natalie graduated from Adelaide University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (Jurisprudence) (BA Juris).
