The future of education
To lead and succeed in this century, our children and grandchildren will need a different education to the one we had. In a world of so much information, they will need the skills and confidence to manage complexity and ambiguity; the curiosity and discipline to ensure they never stop learning; and the perspective, compassion and work ethic to lead effectively.
Our children will need new skills to lead and succeed in this century
Knowledge of information will not differentiate decision making in the future. As we see around us every day, the character of the decision maker – their humility, compassion and judgment – will make the difference.
